All practices and home games are held at the north fields of the South County Regional Park (Yamato Road and Ocean Mist Drive, west of US 441).

From the south on I-95: Exit I-95 at Atlantic Avenue. Go East on Atlantic Avenue to Swinton Avenue. Turn LEFT onto Swinton Avenue. Go North on Swinton Avenue to the blinking (yellow) light at George Bush Boulevard. Turn RIGHT onto George Bush Boulevard. Turn LEFT onto Seacrest Boulevard (at first traffic light), go approximately one and a half miles North to the SEACREST SOCCER COMPLEX on your right. Enter via the entrance just North of Aqua Crest Pool and go toward the back of the facility.
From the north on I-95: Exit I-95 at Woolbright Road (Boynton Beach). Go East on Woolbright Road to Seacrest Boulevard. Turn RIGHT onto Seacrest Boulevard, go approximately two miles South on Seacrest Boulevard and turn LEFT into the SEACREST SOCCER COMPLEX at the Aqua Crest Pool and go toward the back of the facility. From Federal Highway (US1): Take Federal Highway to Gulfstream Boulevard at the Delray Beach / Boynton Beach Line. Go West on Gulfstream Boulevard across the railroad tracks to Seacrest Boulevard. Turn LEFT onto Seacrest Boulevard, go approximately 1000ft and turn LEFT into the SEACREST SOCCER COMPLEX at the Aqua Crest Pool and go toward the back of the facility.

Fort Lauderdale Lightning - Central Broward Regional Park
3700 N.W. 11th Pl. Lauderhill, FL 33311 Phone: 954-321-1170 Directions to Park From I-95 head west on Sunrise Blvd. The entrance to the park will be on the right (north) just before U.S. 441. From I-75 head north on I-75 and east on I-595. Exit on U.S. 441 and head north. After you pass Sunrise Blvd, the park entrance will be on the right (east). From I-595 and State Road 84 head north on U.S. 441. Pass Sunrise Blvd. The park entrance will be on the right (east). From the Florida''s Turnpike head east on Sunrise, turn north on 441, and then a Right hand turn into the park.

Jupiter JTAA Lighthouse Park Turnpike north to Jupiter East/Indiantown Rd exit. Go east on Indiantown Road (also known as State Road 706) for about 4 miles (over the bridge) to US 1. Make a left on US 1. Go over another bridge and you will see the fields on the right. Make a right at the next light and then another right to enter the park. Jupiter Community Park Take I-95 or the Florida Turnpike to Jupiter East/Indiantown Rd exit. Go east on Indiantown Rd to 1st light (Island Way), turn left. Go straight for ~ 1 mile and the park entrance will be on your right.

Martin County Pioneers - Jock Leighton Park 3755 SW Mapp Road Palm City, FL 34990 Take I-95 to Palm City exit, go north on High Meadow Avenue for a couple of miles to Martin Highway (SR714). Turn right and travel east to 2nd traffic light (Mapp Road). Take a right, then an immediate left into the park.

Palm Beach Gardens Gators - PGA National Park intersection of Northlake Blvd. and Hiatt Dr From I-95: Take I-95 to Northlake Blvd. Proceed west about 2.25 miles to Hiatt Dr. (just past the Turnpike overpass). Turn right onto Hiatt Dr. and then make an immediate left into the park. From the Turnpike – Sunpass Only: Take the Turnpike to Bee Line Hwy exit. Turn right onto the Bee Line Hwy, then right onto Northlake Blvd. Proceed to Hiatt Dr., turn left and then make an immediate left into the park. From the Turnpike – No Sunpass: Take the Turnpike to PGA Blvd exit. Turn left onto PGA Blvd. to Military Trail. Right on Military Trail and proceed to Northlake Blvd. Turn right on Northlake Blvd. to Hiatt Dr. Turn right onto Hiatt Dr. then make an immediate left into the park.

From the North - Florida Turnpike to Sawgrass Expressway South. Take University Drive Exit, Make right, heading north off the exit on University Drive. Take a left on Trails End. Park will be on the right hand/north side of Trails End - across from Park Trails Elementary School - before you reach Pine Island Drive.

From the South - Sawgrass Expressway North. Take Coral Ridge Drive Exit. Make a left off the exit, heading north on Coral Ridge Drive. Take a right onto Trails End. After first stop sign (Pine Island Drive) take a left into Pine Trails Park - directly across the street from Park Trails Elementary which will be on your right/south side of the road.

Weston Warrior Lacrosse - Tequesta Trace Park

From Palm Beach County:
Take Florida Turnpike or I-95 to I-595 West. Take I-595 West to I-75 North (toward Alligator Alley). Stay on I-75 North to Indian Trace Exit. After exiting, go 2 miles south past Saddle Club Road. Turn Right into Tequesta Trace Park.
Sawgrass Expressway (FL869) to I-75 North (toward Alligator Alley). Stay on I-75 North to Indian Trace Exit. After exiting, go 2 miles south past Saddle Club Road. Turn Right into Tequesta Trace Park.
From Dade County:
Take I-75 North. Exit onto Royal Palm Boulevard (Old Arvida). After exiting take first right onto Weston Road. Travel about one mile until Indian Trace Road. Take left and head north on Indian Trace for 2.5 miles. Tequesta Trace Park entrance is on left just beyond Tequesta Trace Road.

From the South:
Fla. Turnpike to Lake Worth Road exit. Take a right on Lake Worth Road to 441. Right at 441 Field is approximately ¾ mile up on the right, Emerald Cove Middle School. Light at Pierson/Stribling, turn right. You can see the field from 441.
From the North:
Fla. Turnpike to Southern Blvd exit. Take a right on Southern to 441 (exit Southern at 441/SR7). Left at 441. Field is approximately 2 miles up on the left, Emerald Cove Middle School. Light at Pierson/Stribling, turn left. You can see the field from 441.
